So I’m back at work which means I’m wearing pants. I’ve avoided pants for much of my holiday as they are all tight and uncomfortable now. Pj’s don’t count as pants by the way.

You know what I find odd? Brent NEVER reads this….ever. It even goes through my Facebook notes where he could easily read this along with the notes his other friends write and he still doesn’t read it. Does he find me incessantly boring? The worst part about be is that he absolutely expects me to read all his blog posts and probably to be in utter awe of them.
It sounds bitter when I re-read that paragraph, but it really isn’t. It’s merely an observation.

I’m planning a trip to Italy for Feb 16th to 24th! First I have to book the time off then I have to get a plane ticket then I have to find a bunch of spending money. I’m pretty excited about this. The plane tickets are Brent’s birthday gift to me which is totally AWESOME. On the other hand maybe he’s just trying to get rid of me so I don’t make any posts that are too boring for him?
Do I need to purchase health insurance for the time I’m away? For those of you who are avid travelers, what sites do you recommend? I’d like to get as direct a flight as possible with either a Toronto or Montreal departure and a Rome arrival.

I’m glad you’re back! Not glad you had to return to work… but glad you’ll be able to post more regularly. I missed you!
Also… I feel ya on the pj pants. I think my productivity would double if I could wear lounge wear in the office.
I don’t Richard reads my journal either. He used… back in the day when we were just dating & he stalked me… but not so much anymore.
Yay for your trip! Remember… drink 8 ounces of water for every hour you’re on the plane to stay well hydrated.

absolutely get travel insurance. read the fine print on all of them. they change from year to year. so recommendations are only a factor in choosing. deductibles and coverage are what you want to be looking at.
