OUUUU FUN!

1. My username is ____ because ____.
2. My journal is titled ____ because ____.
3. My subtitle is ____ because ____.
4. My friends page is called ____ because ____.
5. My default userpic is ____ because ____.

1. My user name is sassy_red_head because I’m a red head, and I’m sassy. Also, my first name was already taken!

2. My journal is titled ___ (three underscores) because I couldn’t think of anything better. Any suggestions for a better one?

3. My subtitle is (I don’t have one) because if I couldn’t think of a good title, I sure as hell couldn’t think of a subtitle! I’ll take suggestions for this too.

4. My friends page is called “These are the Daves I know” because I love that song and it’s fucking hilarious!

5. My default picture is flying sushi because it’s a pretty fun icon and that way when I respond via email, that’s the one that is used. If you would like to see a different icon used as my default, let me know which one (or make me one!)

Environmental Tip #18

Large quantities of donated paint can be found at many used building materials outlets such as Habitat for Humanity stores. For painting projects that require only a quart or gallon to complete, you will find many color choices. Or, quarts or gallons of different colors,or just slightly different shades, can be mixed to create pleasing colors too.

If you are not good with color, you may want to take someone along who is. You or someone shopping with you should be able to predict with reasonable accuracy what shade you will get when different colors are combined. Mix only latex paint with latex and only mix oil-based paint with other oil-based paints. Make sure you are mixing like sheens too (e.g. flat with flat). Make sure you mix enough paint to finish your project with some leftover for future touch-ups. But just in case, save a sample of the color on an index card, so if you need more paint later, a paint store can match the color.
